Innovation, enterprising----Bao Ye Heng 2011's PPT competition

After three days of fierce competition, Bao Ye Heng 2011’s PPT competition with all enthusiasm of all staff involved has drawn a perfect conclusion.

In order to enhance staff skills, and provide staff with a platform to show themselves, the General Manager's Office launched a PPT Contest in the headquarters of Bao Ye Heng in early November. Two rounds of training was held before competition. The activity had gain lots of positive response from all departments in the company, every staff in the sales department and representative from functional departments attended this contest.  The company set off a wave of unprecedented learning &competition.

The contest lasts 3 days from November 23 to 25. In the speech, players display closely around their positions, or share sales experience, analysis of the product selling points; or summariz sales data to explore the market situation, or talk about teamwork, innovation Imagination. . . Exciting speeches stimulate the enthusiasm of all staff, the contestant  with beautiful and vivid PPT presentation receives warm applause, and we all are attracted by the wonderful contents and unique insights of the player. 

After three days intense competition comes to the championship. The International Sales Department turns to be the biggest winner, won the Champion and one of the second prizes; the rest awards shared by other departments. In the Award-presenting ceremony, General manager Mr.Zhou Baoning issued prizes including Ipads for winners and certificates of honor, encouraged us to be more motivated and keep it up!

This PPT competition has not only enhanced the overall quality of staff, but also provided a platform for exchange and learning, and activate learning atmosphere in the company, deepen the friendship between colleagues, and it plays a great role to build up a better company culture construction and enhance the company’s innovation ability and team cohesion.
